Unions to North Adams Mayor: "Too Little Too Late"

North Adams, Ma – This week, North Adams Mayor John Barrett released a document refuting union allegations that the administration was shorting the employee health care trust fund, and he also offered a contract allowing the unions to change their health care provider. The unions say the mayor is jockeying the numbers, and the second gesture is too little too late. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz explains
