Vermont Declared Natural Disaster Area Due to Excessive Rains

Montpelier, VT – Farmers across Vermont have seen crops damaged by too much rain this year. The U-S Department of Agriculture has now designated the entire state and bordering counties in Massachusetts, New York and New Hampshire a federal disaster area. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
