Vermont Farmers Struggle to Find Hired Help

Plattsburgh, NY – Numerous Vermont dairy farmers are looking to hire people, but they're not finding a lot of takers for the long hours they need to fill. Some say those interested in working on farms are being drawn to other states where they can make more money. Or they lose employees to other seasonal businesses with better benefits.
