Vermont Governor Addresses Internet Conference

Silver Spring, MD – Vermont Governor Jim Douglas was in Maryland this morning attending the Freedom to Connect National Connectivity Conference. His speech focused on his proposal, first mentioned in his state of the state address in January, to make Vermont the first e-state in the nation. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
