Vermont Public Service Board Rejects Permit for East Haven Wind Farm

Montpelier, VT – The Vermont Public Service Board has rejected a proposal to build a wind farm atop East Mountain in the Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Both opponents and proponents of the project say there are positives and negatives in the ruling. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
