Today on Medical Monday to answer your questions on issues of mental health and end of life care is Dr. N. Michael Murphy, founder of the Love, Loss and Forgiveness Project.
A graduate of University College in Dublin, Ireland, he completed his residency in psychiatry at Boston State Hospital.
After previously serving for a decade as the deputy director of the Capital District Psychiatric Center in Albany, Dr. Murphy co-founded and served as medical director of Saint Peter’s Hospice, also in Albany.
In 1995 he founded the Love, Loss, and Forgiveness Project, the mission of which is to, “acknowledge love, loss and forgiveness [and] create educational opportunities essential to living a more loving life." WAMC's Alan Chartock hosts.
