VT Changes Irk Lawmakers

Montpelier, VT – Last week, Vermont Governor James Douglas announced a major re-organization of his administration, shifting some agency heads to different areas. That shake-up is creating some tension with Democratic leaders in the Legislature. The House leader wants the Governor to delay the changes, and the Senate leader wants questions answered during upcoming confirmation hearings. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
