WAMC's Plattsburgh Station (WCEL) Off the Air
An update from WAMC Engineering:
WCEL, our Plattsburgh transmitter, is off the air. According to Pat Cooney, WAMC VP of Operations, there was an as yet undetermined failure at the transmitter site. Cooney suspects the extreme cold played a role in the breakdown. Engineers are on the case and hope to have the situation cleared up soon.
We apologize for the disruption of service. Listeners are invited to listen online while repairs are being made.
