Williams plans carbon emissions reduction

Williamstown, MA – Williams College has announced what has been called a ambitious and exciting emissions reduction plan for its campus. College administration announced it will work to reduce its carbon emissions by 10 percent of its 1990 level over the next 13 years. Berkshire Bureau Chief, Carrie Saldo, has this report;
