The one-day conference is all about empowering women... drawing on national and local women business and academic leaders to address topics such as: Breaking the Glass Ceiling; Women in Government; Diversity; Work/Life Balance and Women in Management. Keynote speakers include: Karen Gross, J.D., President, Southern Vermont College: her keynote address is entitled "How Women Think About and Handle Money: Leadership Implications"... In addition, dozens of local women executives and elected officials will join researchers from across the country and Canada in panel discussions.
