WTF's Artistic Director Talks 2015 Lineup And First Summer At Williamstown

The Williamstown Theatre Festival recently released the lineup for its 2015 season which runs from June 30th to August 23rd. There will be a total of seven shows, some featuring performances by Kyra Sedgwick, Cynthia Nixon, Audra McDonald and Will Swenson. The festival sold 35,000 tickets in 2014, the highest total in four years. The 61st season will be led by artistic director Mandy Greenfield who took over Jenny Gersten last year. WAMC’s Berkshire Bureau Chief Jim Levulis spoke with Greenfield about the festival’s lineup and how she’s feeling going into her first summer at Williamstown.

Ticket bundles are available through March 6th. Single tickets go on sale in April.

Jim was WAMC’s Assistant News Director and hosted WAMC's flagship news programs: Midday Magazine, Northeast Report and Northeast Report Late Edition.
