We welcome Bill T. Jones back to the show to talk about the program his company is presenting at SPAC on June 7th.

We speak with Monica Kapoor, company member in Broadway's Mamma Mia!, about balancing motherhood and 8 shows a week. Monica was recently featured in the Cafe Mom series, "On Broadway with Kids." 

Host Alan Chartock is joined by The Vanaver Caravan’s Livia Drapkin Vanaver and Bill Vanaver to discuss the performing arts organization’s 40 years of dance and music.

Last week Michael Kaiser, the President of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, gave a talk at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY entitled, "Great Art, Well Marketed." On his way back to D.C., he stopped by our studio to talk about his past work and future plans.

Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance will be at The Palace in Albany, NY on Wednesday, March 28th at 7:30pm. 21 year-old, Declan Crowley, is a Captital Region native who has been studying Irish Dance since he was 6 years old and as has been with Lord of the Dance since 2009.

On Saturday, March 24th at 8:00 pm, the Ulster Ballet Company proudly presents The 29th Annual Festival of Dance, to be held at the Ulster Performing Arts Center (UPAC) in Kingston, New York. Joe learns all about it in this hour from the co-artistic directors of the Ulster Ballet Company, Scarlett Fiero and Quiedo Carbone.
