Delaware County was one of the areas hit hard by floods last year after Hurricane Irene. The Delaware County town of Middletown includes two incorporated villages — Margaretville and Fleischmanns — and the hamlets of Arkville, Clovesville, Dunraven, Halcottsville, Kelly Corners and New Kingston.
