Justin Tucker Kicks Ravens To Field Goal Victory

In the NFL, Justin Tucker's sixth field goal of the game was a 61-yard boot with 38 seconds left to give the Baltimore Ravens an 18-16 win at Detroit. Tucker also hit field goals of 53 and 49 yards as the Ravens improved to 8-6, one game behind first-place Cincinnati in the AFC North.

In the NBA, Boston beat Minnesota 101-97 behind Jared Sullinger's 24 points and 11 rebounds. Sullinger chipped in 15 points and six boards in the fourth quarter alone, including a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 2:22 remaining.

The NFL's Thanksgiving Day schedule saw the home teams come away with victories.

In the first game of the day, Detroit knocked off Green Bay 40-10. Matthew Stafford threw for 330 yards and three touchdowns. The victory improved the Detroit record to 7-5.

Joe Flacco threw for 251 yards and Justin Tucker hit five field goals in the Baltimore Ravens' 22-20 win over Pittsburgh. The Cowboys spotted Oakland a 21-7 lead before scoring 24 straight points to beat the Raiders 31-24.

In the NFL, the New England Patriots beat the Denver Broncos 34-31 in overtime, after a misplayed punt led to a 31-yard field goal. Denver's Tony Carter ran into Ryan Allen's punt after it landed and Nate Ebner recovered for New England at the Broncos 13-yard line. After Tom Brady ran twice to line up the kick, Stephen Gostkowski connected for his 21st successful field goal attempt.
