Beacon Music Factory And Stephen Clair And The Millionaires At Steamer No. 10

    Stephen Clair is the founder of - and an instructor at - The Beacon Music Factory which took up residence at Southern Dutchess Bowl earlier this fall as the new location for their classes, rock band boot camps, and private lessons.

He's a former Capital Region resident who will return to Albany for a performance with his trio, The Millionaires, tomorrow night at The Steamer No. 10 Theatre in Albany. Also on that bill - Bryan Thomas.

Empire State Youth Orchestra Gala "A Night At The Movies"


  Each season, more than 300 talented musicians, ages 9-18, from the greater Capital Region of New York and western New England, enjoy outstanding educational and performance opportunities as members of The Empire State Youth Orchestra.

This Friday, May 2nd – A Benefit Gala for Empire State Youth Orchestras will take place at the GE Theatre, at Proctors in Schenectady, NY.

The Gala is called “A Night at the Movies “ – it will be a movie-themed, fun-filled evening, including Red Carpet; Italian Job Safe-Cracking; Ocean’s Eleven Black Jack Table; Silent Auction; music by The Legendary Characters and much more!

Honeyhoney In Williamstown And North Adams

    The duo Honeyhoney - Ben Jaffe and Suzanne Santo - is playing two shows in the region next weekend.

On April 11th they’ll play a benefit concert for Arts Programs at Mt. Greylock Regional High School where Ben attended and graduated from as a mediocre student (his words). For that show, they’ll play WITH Mt. Grelock’s high school band.

They are also playing a Billsville House Concert at the Elks Lodge in North Adams, MA on April 12th.
