Berkshire County – In 1979, the EPA banned the use of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (bi-fenn-uls), or PCB's, as a result of their devastating effects on the environment and the human body. Thirty years later, researchers are still discovering the harmful repercussions of the one-time super fluid.
