Town Requests Re-Start on Wal-Mart Permitting Process

St. Albans, VT – Saint Albans, Vermont officials are requesting a do-over in reviewing a proposal for a Wal-Mart store. Their move comes after a judge found that two members of the town board showed a bias in favor of the Wal-Mart project. Massachusetts begins Commonwealth Care program

Great Barrington, MA – Monday Massachusetts opened enrollment for the first phase of its landmark health insurance program - Commonwealth Care. The program mandates health insurance for all residents and provides health coverage for the state's uninsured and under insured residents.
