New President Named At Elms College

Chicopee, MA – After a year long search, the board of trustees at Elms College have selected a new president. Sister Mary Reap will become the 10th president of the small Catholic college in Chicopee Massachusetts on July 1st. Reap was chosen from more than 40 candidates for the job. Berkshire Medical Providers Get Boost

Berkshires – The two major medical providers in Berkshire County have each had good news recently. Berkshire Medical Center has been awarded a Health Grades Certification that only one other hospital in the Commonwealth received, and Northern Berkshire Health was awarded a grant from the state for essential community services.
