Roundtable discussion on Public Safety in Troy 12/12/05

Albany, NY – Mayor Harry Tutunjian was first elected to the Troy City Council in 1999 as a representative of District #3. In 2003, he became the second strong mayor of Troy since a charter change in 1995, and the first Republican in more than 40 years.

Gary Favro was the President of the Troy Uniformed Firefighters Association, Local 86, for many years. He has just retired from the department, and is currently working as a union organizer for theUnited Public Service Employees Union.
