Albany, NY – U.S. Marine Corps reservist and Vassar alumnus Major Benjamin Busch has photographed his two tours of duty in the Iraq War, spanning the 2003 invasion, an early civil organization project, and a more recent reconstruction deployment. Twenty-one of his photographs, documenting the effects of the war on both Iraqi civilians and American soldiers, are on display at the James W. Palmer Gallery at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie.
