"Abigail/1702" playwright, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa

New York Stage and Film and Vassar College present Powerhouse's production of Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa's play, Abigail/1702, directed by David Esbjornson and starring Chloë Sevigny, Patrick Heusinger, Laila Robins, Paxton Whitehead, and Millbrook, NY 4th grader Lucas Pfeifer. The show runs through July 8.

Hello 12, Hello 13, Hello Berkshire Theatre Group's Production of "A Chorus Line"

The Berkshire Theatre Group presents the Pulitzer Prize winning musical, A Chorus Line this summer at The Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield, MA. The show will have previews July 2–6, open July 7, and run through July 21.

Andrew Rannells

Andrew Rannells originated the role of Elder Price in the Tony Award winning musical, The Book of Mormon. He left the show recently, after more than a year on Broadway, and will appear on the NBC comedy, The New Normal, which premieres in September, and in the second season of Girls when it returns to HBO. The first season's finale aired on June 17th.

Claudia Catania - Producer and Host of WAMC's "Playing on Air"

On Friday, June 22, at 1 p.m., WAMC will debut Playing on Air – a new program featuring short plays by America's greatest playwrights, performed by America's greatest actors. It will air each fourth Friday the month at 1 p.m.

Each one hour episode will feature two or three short plays. Playing on Air is produced and hosted by Columbia County resident Claudia Catania. She spoke with WAMC’s Brian Shields.

The show currently running on Broadway was first produced in London and has earned enthusiastic reviews and hearty audience applause and guffaws on both sides of the pond.
