A first-ever gun buy-back is taking place Saturday in two mostly rural counties in western Massachusetts—Hampshire and Franklin counties. People will have chance to dispose of guns at the police stations in Northampton and Greenfield from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Northwestern District Attorney David Sullivan, whose office organized the gun buy-back.
