The tenth annual Festival of Fools is being held this weekend in Burlington, Vermont.
The celebration of music, comedy, circus arts and street theater features international performers on Burlington’s Church Street Marketplace and City Hall Place. Up to 10,000 visitors are expected to attend the free events at four downtown stages throughout the weekend. The festival is one of several organized by Burlington City Arts.
