Three weeks after it was originally scheduled, today is New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s State of the State address. It was pushed back after the death of his father, former Governor Mario Cuomo, on New Year’s Day. The speech set for 1:30 in Albany is being combined with the governor’s annual budget message.
