New York U.S. Senator Charles Schumer will visit the campus of SUNY Adirondack today to meet with school leaders about cybersecurity.
Schumer, the Democratic Minority leader, is expected to call on his colleagues in Congress to make greater investments in cybersecurity training programs.
SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury offers an IT Cybersecurity degree, providing training to develop skills that are in increasing demand.
Schumer's office says the nation's digital critical infrastructure is becoming more and more vulnerable every single day.
His visit is scheduled for 1 p.m
