Plattsburgh murder

A suspect charged with murdering two women in the Town of Plattsburgh was arraigned Tuesday night in Town of Plattsburgh Court. The case began with a missing persons report last week.

A Champlain, New York man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a woman found dead in her Plattsburgh apartment last weekend.
