This Thursday through Sunday, The Fisher Center at Bard presents “Masterclass,” an hour-long parody about playwriting, power, pomposity and people from Dublin-based theatre troupe Brokentalkers and feminist choreographer and performance artist Adrienne Truscott. Adrienne is one half of cabaret duo The Wau Wau Sisters who mix performance modes from circus to main-stage and with some regularity perform in the buff. She will serve as MC of the Spiegeltent at Bard this summer for the second consecutive season. Brokentalkers are an internationally renowned theatre company, based in Dublin, Ireland led by Co-Artistic Directors Feidlim Cannon and Gary Keegan with Creative Producer Rachel Bergin.

TroupEnigma and Performing Arts of Woodstock are collaborating on a production of Henrik Ibsen’s “An Enemy of the People” – adapted by Arthur Miller. The play will have performances on weekends March 14-30 at the Mescal Hornbeck Community Center in Woodstock, New York.

WAM Theatre presents “Galileo’s Daughter” by Jessica Dickey at the Elayne P. Bernstein Theatre Shakespeare & Company, Lenox, MA from October 18 - November 3 before transferring to Central Square Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The play is directed by Reena Dutt.

Barrington Stage Company began its run of Mark Camoletti’s hilarious 1960 French farce “Boeing Boeing.” The play runs July 17th till August 3rd at Boyd-Quinton Stage, stars Debra Jo Rupp, and the play won a new generation of fans with a critically acclaimed award-winning Broadway production in 2008.

Great Barrington Public Theatre on the McConnell Theater mainstage, is presenting the American premiere of "Survival of the Unfit" running through July 21. Matt Penn will direct the four-person cast including our next guest, veteran actress Carolyn Hennesy. She plays the mother, Shirley.

PS21 in Chatham, New York presents adventurous, thought-provoking productions by leading and emerging American and international artists. Later this week, on July 5 and 6, they are presenting one of the season’s most innovative and timely works, the US Premiere of “Catarina and the Beauty of Killing Fascists.”

Woodstock Fringe is presenting "Brother’s Keeper," written and performed by Wallace Norman at the Phoenicia Playhouse June 28 and 29 - the anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. "Brother’s Keeper" is a gripping solo play about courageous survival and the delicacy of friendship.

Alison Larkin's latest work is a one-person play with music entitled “Grief… A Comedy” - and Alison will perform it tonight through Sunday on Barrington Stage Company’s St. Germain Stage in Pittsfield, Massachusetts before bringing the show to this summer’s Edinburgh Fringe and then - around the globe.
