LIHEAP Cuts Could Leave Berkshire Families in the Cold

Berkshire County – The Federal Low Income Heating Assistance Program, or LIHEAP, is looking at a 40 percent cut this year, meaning that struggling families could have yet another hardship to deal with this winter.
