WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses gubernatorial debates in Massachusetts and New York.

On Tuesday at 7 p.m., WAMC aired WGBH and The Boston Globe’s one-on-one Massachusetts gubernatorial debate between Democrat Martha Coakley and Republican Charlie Baker.

On Wednesday at 8 p.m., WAMC will air WBFO/WNED’s New York’s gubernatorial debate featuring Democratic incumbent Andrew Cuomo, Republican Rob Astorino, Howie Hawkins of the Green Party and Michael McDermott of the Libertarian Party.
