With parts of the Northeast bracing for up to two feet of snow this weekend, WAMC's Ian Pickus spoke with National Grid's Patrick Stella Friday about the utility's preparations.
A lifelong resident of the Capital Region, Ian joined WAMC in 2008 and became news director in 2013.
