WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses the Justice Department's recommended reduced sentence for Roger Stone, who was convicted of obsctructing an investigation into his friend, President Trump — and considers whether the president's interference in the Justice Department is an impeachable offense.

Dr. Chartock also comments on the coronavirus outbreak, his latest Roundtable interview with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, and a proposal in the New York Legislature to decriminalize prostitution.
