New York Congressman Paul Tonko, a Democrat from the 20th House district, is reacting to the shooting in Virginia Wednesday morning at a Congressional baseball practice in which House GOP Whip Steve Scalise and others were injured. President Trump announced the alleged shooter has died of injuries sustained during the shootout. Rep.
